Table Explanation:

Stocks in the Buy section are newly recommended securities being added to the portfolio this week.  Stocks in the Sell section are securities that are no longer recommended that are being removed from the portfolio this week.  Stocks in the Hold section are recommended securities that continue to be held in the portfolio.  Stocks with Buy or Hold recommendations have the same preferred status ( i.e., Hold is not a downgrade relative to Buy).

  • "Ticker" is the symbol representing a particular stock.
  • "Buy Date" (YYYY-MM-DD) is when a stock was or will be added to the portfolio. This is the first market day following a buy recommendation, typically Monday.
  • "Days Held" is the number of days a stock has been in the portfolio as of the close of the last trading day, usually Friday.
  • "Change Since Buy" is the change in a stock's value since being added to the portfolio. This is calculated based on the ratio of the stock's most recent closing price, typically Friday's close, to the stock's purchase price. The purchase price is the value at approximately 11 a.m. on the specified Buy Date.
  • "Change Past Week" is the change in a stock's value during the past week. This is usually Friday close to Friday close.
  • "Company Name" is the formal business name.

Ticker lists are provided in the top of each of the Buy, Sell and Hold sections for convenient copying and pasting of tickers into other applications. Windows and Linux users can highlight text and use Ctrl-Ins (copy) and Shift-Ins (paste). Apple users can highlight text and use Command-C (copy) and Command-V (paste).
